So we have been without an oven here at SlvTowers since saturday night, my takeaway has never seen me so much. Ok so the hobs and grill work, but, the oven is where its at... That being said, glad to have bought the extended warranty. That just saved me 80 quid callout charge from Hotpoint. Engineer coming out tommorow.

Ok, So the cost of the call out was £80, the extended warranty was 53.99 including staff discount, thats makes me £28 up
