ZumoCast A review

Straight out of the box this iPhone app is 5 star worthy. It transcodes every piece of video you can and would probably want to throw at it. I have tested it with dvx, xvid avi's, vob, mp4, mpg all work successfully and music is a breeze.

A couple minor adjustments are necessary however. The inclusion of a TV out feature would be fantastic, along with some debugging that causes the app to crash at random intervals when playing back either streamed or locally stored video, irrelevant of original file format.

In conclusion, with these tweaks, ZumoCast is a well thought out app, that brings together all of your media, in one easy accessible place and turns your iPhone/iPod touch into a multimedia mammoth. Well done to the dev team, keep up the great work on this app.
